  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not reside upon my Vicarage of Dean Prior, but have a Curate there The Revd Thomas Rowe who hath the Vicarage House for his Residence, together with a Field belonging to the Glebe, Easter offerings Tythe of Pigs Geese & Honey Surplice Fees & a Salary of Thirty Pounds per Annum.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I assist the Vicar of Brixham in the Service of one of his Churches, but Mr Rowe the Curate of Dean does not serve any other Church.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in my Church twice on the Lords Day with a Sermon in the Morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament is administered at Dean Four Times in the Year; the number of Communicants is about Sixty.

  6. Catechising of children: Chiefly in the Fall of the Year.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: There was a Terrier of Dean Prior exhibited into the Registry at Exeter in the Year 1680.

  9. Number of families: Between Fifty & Sixty.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no reputed Papists. There are some Methodists but they have no established Meeting House.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is only a private School.

  13. Charity: The Lands that have been left to charitable Uses in my parish are of very little Value, but they are duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: The Date of my Institution to the Vicarage of Dean Prior is Novr 5 1766. That of my Priests orders is July 20. 1766. I reside at Brixham near Dartmouth, where a Letter by the general Post will readily find me.
